A Sunday Morning with Apna Healer
Sometimes healing doesn’t always begin in a therapy room.
Sometimes it begins with something much simpler — a walk in the morning, a cycle ride through the city, and a few honest conversations with people who understand.
This Sunday, Apna Healer volunteers are joining the Fit India Community Ride (#SundaysOnCycle) at Connaught Place to support a healthier, more connected community.
The idea is simple:
step outside, move your body, meet new people, and spend a refreshing morning together.
Through a mix of community walking, cycling, and light activities, the morning will focus on bringing people together in a relaxed and positive environment.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just real people, fresh air, and meaningful moments.
What You Can Expect
- A relaxed community walk
- Cycling together
- Meeting new people and having real conversations
- Fun activities and a positive community vibe
